Breeding is based on the quality of the stock, know-how and promotion. Michèle Porte’s breeding operation is a perfect example. Vipper du Lavoir has been one of Julien Gonin’s most convincing speed mares, with whom he has won countless speed events since 2015 in Megève, Lons-le-Saunier, Vilamoura, Montpellier, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Mâcon, Vichy and Valence. Vipper has even distinguished herself at prestigious events such as Equitalyon in 2017 (class 150) or the Dinard Derby (3rd), classes that are particularly well suited to this type of mare, combining galloping, ardor and incredible respect.

From a modestly sized stock, it is nonetheless highly homogeneous, producing international horses. Vipper’s dam is the sister of Lapsus du Lavoir , placed in the 160 class, notably at the CSI4*-W in Calgary.
